Our passion to help companies match their work with the right candidates who find that same work meaningful to them has been a driving force of this founding team for the past 5 years. We developed our talent methodology and tested it on our prototype interview platform for 3 years. We conducted over 6,000 interviews in our platform to hire for roles ranging from CEO to Sales and Customer Success. This sets us apart today as a technology startup who has already proven the effectiveness and impact of our approach. Now we are focused on scaling that success using our interviewIA technology.
