Nicole blends neuroscience, behavioral economics, and organizational psychology into healthy human-centered design that drives business. She is well versed in venture capital and angel investing and is a co-author of Venture Capital for Dummies. Her second book was MindSET Your Manners, a guide for behavior change.

Our passion to help companies match their work with the right candidates who find that same work meaningful to them has been a driving force of this founding team for the past 5 years. We developed our talent methodology and tested it on our prototype interview platform for 3 years. We conducted over 6,000 interviews in our platform to hire for roles ranging from CEO to Sales and Customer Success.
